Little Steps, part 8: Winter Purslane

Last year, I decided to sow winter purslane in the community garden… and then, like with the corn salad, I never harvested it, so I’m also waiting for it to self-sow. And in the meantime, I eat a bit whenever I’m working in the garden. I don’t think it tastes very interesting, but I like the texture.
