Mystery Plant

These were all over the botanical garden in Vienna, glowing in the sunlight, and no sign with a name anywhere. The colour made me think of Euphorbia at first, but the structure of the inflorescences screamed “Apiaceae“.

It took quite a bit of googling, but I’m pretty confident now that they’re called Smyrnium perfoliatum.
